Hi everyone,
I know I've just been a user at DA since now, but i'm considering uploading some of my photos of the various places i've been. Is there anyone that could give my advice as to what to do? I don't mean uploading cus I know all that jazz, I was thinking more about copyright and people asking to use photos etc. I'm also considering creating my own vista themes, so if anyone could point me in the right direction there, to say a program that can do themes, I would be grateful.
